Currently our system is capable of uploading 100 separate items per link created. Your limitations will vary depending on which type of User account you are signed up as.

2. WHAT ARE THE FILE SIZE LIMITS FOR DOCUMENT FILES?

Document, audio and image files may be up to 50 MB each with a combined max upload of 1000MB in total. Video files are not calculated in max upload size and may be up to 5 GB each.

3. WHAT ARE THE FILE SIZE LIMITS FOR VIDEO FILES?

Video files are not calculated in max upload size and may be up to 5 GB each. Users may upload as many video files as the account they are signed up for allows.

4. WHAT TYPES OF VIDEO FILES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH MYCASEVIEWER.COM?

Compatible video file types include: ASF, AVI, M4V, MOV, MP4, M4A, 3GP, 3G2, MJ2, FLV, WMV, MP4

8. HOW LONG WILL THE PRESENTATIONS I CREATE ON MYCASEVIEWER BE STORED?

MyCaseViewer was not designed to be a long term storage system. It is meant to allow our users to create an impressive instant delivery and presentation of large files that are in need of delivery to the user’s specified targets. The length of time the presentations you create using MyCaseViewer.com vary depending upon the type of MyCaseViewer.com account you are using. Presentations created using Free and Basic Accounts will be automatically deleted after 48 hours. This is intended to give your receivers enough time to review and download the files they intend to keep. Presentations created using Professional Accounts will be automatically deleted after 14 days. Presentations created using Corporate Accounts will be automatically deleted after 30 days and presentations created using Enterprise Level Accounts have custom auto deletion settings that are set by the user at the time the presentation is created. These settings for auto deletion range from 48 HOURS to NEVER DELETE.
